FRANCHISE MODEL
No Initial Franchise Fees
Dynamic Fitness aims to reduce barriers to entry and focus the franchisee's investment directly on their business.
Initial Franchise Fees: $0
Territory Reservation. A $15,000 security deposit is required to reserve the future franchisee's territory.
This amount is then deducted from the total project investment. Estimated Initial Investment
$100,000 to $150,000. The investment may include:
- Lease fit-out.
- Furniture and equipment.
- Initial inventory.
- Legal fees related to the project.
- Training.
- Technology systems.
- Promotional materials.
- Launch marketing.
- Opening preparation.
Down Payment
A down payment representing approximately 10% to 20% of the project may be required, depending on the application and applicable financing terms.
Financing options may be available depending on the applicant's qualifications.
Royalties
Years 1 and 2: 0% monthly royalty
From year 3 onwards: 2%
This structure allows the new franchisee to dedicate more resources to developing their customer base during their first years of operation.

Territorial Protection
Each franchise benefits from territorial exclusivity, generally established within a radius of approximately 10 to 15 km, depending on population density, commercial layout, and the area's potential. The franchisee also benefits from priority in the development of certain adjacent territories, subject to the terms of the franchise agreement.
